Website Service Terms

These general terms explain the starter website process. Every approved project will also receive a written project agreement describing its exact scope.

Starter package

The $499 starter package includes one custom one-page website, visual branding, a simple logo, the listed content sections, an inquiry form, domain connection guidance, and two revision rounds.

Deposit and final payment

A $249.50 deposit reserves the project and is required before work begins. The remaining $249.50 balance is due after final approval and before the finished website is published.

Domain and outside costs

The custom domain is purchased and renewed separately by the client and is not included in the $499 package. The client registers it in their own name and retains ownership. Chane Digital Studio will guide the purchase and connect the domain. Payment processing fees, paid email, and third-party subscriptions are also separate unless included in writing.

Client materials

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business details, prices, policies, photographs, and other requested content. Timelines begin after the required materials and deposit are received.

Revisions and added work

Two reasonable revision rounds are included. New pages, major redesigns, added features, or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Cancellations

Because the deposit reserves time and covers work already begun, deposits are generally non-refundable once design work starts. Any exception will be stated in the client’s written agreement.

Approval and publishing

The client is responsible for reviewing names, spelling, prices, links, and business claims before final approval. Publishing occurs after approval and final payment.
